The apartment was spotless, with a comfy bed and a great rooftop pool. Central location for exploring, but noisy at night due to nearby clubs. Having a kitchen was handy, and the staff were mostly helpful. A few hiccups, but overall a good stay – would consider returning.

The hotel had some noise issues, but the comfortable beds and clean room made up for it. The staff were friendly, and the one-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped. The location was great, with shops and eateries nearby. However, the lack of free water and noise from nearby bars were drawbacks.

Just stayed at a hotel by the beach with amazing rooms including a kitchen. LOVED relaxing in the rooftop pool with a stunning view. Would definitely go back! The pool looks even better in person!

The staff, especially the maids and poolside waiter, were friendly and attentive. Despite street noise, the place was spotless. We'd return, ensuring the safe is always locked.

Omg, my room had a private jacuzzi on the rooftop! 🌟 so luxurious! close to everything, but downside was no elevator. Amazing staff and yummy breakfast included. Can't wait to go back!

The room was amazing, with a lovely balcony offering a great view of the city. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the air conditioning made the room super cozy. The private bathroom felt really luxurious with all the amenities.

I found the kitchen a bit unnecessary for my stay, but I'm sure others would find it useful.

Loved how comfy the beds were and the high-quality soft sheets, plus the warm and welcoming atmosphere the staff and location created. Chilled out at the rooftop pool and enjoyed a relaxing foot massage at the spa, adding to the cool vibes of the property. Would've liked to have a hot water device for tea/coffee in the room, but it's all good with plenty of nearby dining spots! 😊

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was excellent as it was in the centre and close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was equipped with everything we required during our stay. We appreciated the amenities provided such as the rooftop pool, sun terrace, and spa & wellness centre, which greatly added to our enjoyment, and the fully stocked mini-bar was a nice touch.

Amazing location, close to all the places where the cool kids hang out in Playa. The hotel has a unique design and great amenities, like the rooftop pool. Perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.

The hotel's no guest policy made me feel like a criminal. Couldn't even have lunch in my room with my cousin.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of everything - close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and the poolside service was a nice touch. Despite some minor issues like noise at night and a misunderstanding about check-out time, I had an overall enjoyable experience and would consider staying there again.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it provides event facilities such as a conference center and a meeting room. The staff was accommodating and helped me with all the arrangements for the event. The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax after a long day of work.

One service that I missed for my work was the poor Wi-Fi connection. It made it difficult to stay connected and attend virtual meetings without interruptions.

This hotel had such a great location which suited us perfectly; it was close to everything that we wanted to do on our trip. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was delicious, with several options to choose from, and the service was excellent. We appreciated the facilities such as the fridge and coffee maker in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable.

There was some noise at night, which detracted from our overall experience.

Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately captivated by the breathtaking city views visible from the terrace. The 24-hour front desk staff, akin to superheroes, assisted us promptly and professionally. Free WiFi throughout the property, akin to a trusty sidekick, ensured we remained connected during our stay.

Noise from nearby restaurants.

We loved the location of the hotel! It was within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see. Even though there was some noise from nearby bars, it wasn't a big deal for us. The pool and rooftop were amazing! we had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Great value for suite with private deck and fully stocked kitchen. Staff rated 10/10 and secure underground parking available. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water.

The King Bed in the Jacuzzi room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The private rooftop with a jacuzzi was perfect for relaxation and enjoying the views of Playa del Carmen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the area.

I recently stayed at Antera Hotel in Playa del Carmen for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and La Quinta Avenida. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The property itself was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The breakfast provided was absolutely incredible, with a great variety of delicious options.

I highly recommend this hotel.
